Our state organization has something called Transaction Desk and it's pretty neat and provides limited access to all the parties involved, including appraisers, inspectors etc. I need to start using it more. When do you sleep? I use a transaction management system also (SettlementRoom), and when necessary I use my clients' systems with transaction management tools (like Top Producer). A transaction system could have a checklist available to send a buyer/seller information at a certain point in the transaction, but to offer it up to the client to view when they want is a neat tool.
