I would love to know more about this software as well. Are you thinking about selling this? Also, there are a couple widget / plugin things on your site here that I'd love to know where you got them. Thanks,

I'm as impressed as Betsy. I think you've gone through way too many toothpicks already (to keep your eyes open). But seriously, I find it incredible that you wrote yourself a program because the ones out there didn't satisfy. wow. Our state organization has something called Transaction Desk and it's pretty neat and provides limited access to all the parties involved, including appraisers, inspectors etc. I need to start using it more. Mark, you're amazing.

Mark, you mean you can add "software developer" to your list of skills? When do you sleep?

I use a transaction management system also (SettlementRoom), and when necessary I use my clients' systems with transaction management tools (like Top Producer). What your system has that I haven't seen in others is the information for the consumer. That is a great plus. A transaction system could have a checklist available to send a buyer/seller information at a certain point in the transaction, but to offer it up to the client to view when they want is a neat tool. I'd love to talk to you more about this when you have time. Unless you want to use that time to get some sleep, that is. ;)

Hi Marty,
I haven't decided on a name for the software yet. I'm still beta testing. So far, so good. I wrote this program myself. I've been wanting to for a couple of years. I looked at what was available and the costs involved. I didn't like what I saw, so I went in this direction.

The clients I have using this love it. My transaction coordinator loves it. I like it (but I'm biased).

I have this installation tied right into the blog. The articles for clients in the "Recommended Reading" section of the interface are pulled right out of the Wordpress database. But, the software can easily be set up on a site that is not a blog site, the Recommended Reading would just not be avaliable (or I could set it up to pull from a central database, I hadn't thought of that before now).

My employer has asked me to install this on our company website for all 20 of our Loan Officers to use. It's a great way to offer value added tools to our Realtors.

Which system are you using? I'd like to check it out. I'm always looking for new ideas.

Hi guys,

I also use an online transaction management system. Can you tell me the name of the system that you use?

I like our system because it allows us to work in a decentralized manner. I can access the files from home, office or from a clients computer in their home.
