That is funny that you say that. My Pop and I had this very discussion before I sent the article to Jim. He is kind of old school regarding this topic. He is afraid of any legal backlash that might occur as a result of posting on another agent’s listing.

My response to that was, when we do blog about someone else’s listing, we should be mindful that we do not slander the home, the agent or the homeowner. However, keep it REAL…

Aaaaannnnd…. don’t assume too much about the house… Better to know and write about the facts than to assume any particular detail and then be wrong and potentially liable for making an erroneous disclosure.
