Yes, it is in MN but I am actively fighting legislation to abolish this law and to encourage people to not only consider using ducks for ear wamers but to also consider the misunderstood eelpout. Them babies can wrap themselves right around your head and keep your ears warm (a little slimy though) and you won’t need anything to hold them on with once they put the squeeze on you

The ducks had guns in their feathers? The ducks were distracting to the hungry border security?
